SoundMind Institute | 10-Month BIPOC Psychedelic Leadership Program (2023)

In my travels, I had the privilege of aligning with SoundMind Institute, a Ketamine Clinic in Philadelphia, PA. This collaboration gave birth to a significant initiative: leading a 10-month BIPOC Psychedelic Leadership Program. As the lead facilitator of this transformative program, we concentrated on four pillars: community, visibility, sustainability, and monetization. We received over 80 applications for this free program and selectively narrowed it down to 16 participants, each making a substantial impact in their communities. Our fellows joined the cohort from diverse locations, ranging from Colombia to LA, and back to Philadelphia.
